New Deadlines for Claims Resolution Process

We are extending the deadline for submitting claims for tree damage that may have been related to the use of DuPont Imprelis® herbicide. We are doing so at the request of some lawn care professionals and golf course superintendents who told us that it would be difficult for them to submit the completed claims forms in time.

There are now two deadlines related to the claims process:

• First, November 30, 2011, is the deadline for providing DuPont with a listing of all properties with trees that may have been damaged by Imprelis®.

• Second, February 1, 2012, is the deadline for Lawn Care Professionals and Golf Course Superintendents to send DuPont completed claims forms and the supporting information.

DuPont Begins Return and Refund Program for DuPont™ Imprelis®

DuPont has started a return and refund program for Imprelis® herbicide, having already voluntarily suspended sale of the product.

This action is consistent with our ongoing discussions with, and response to, the Environmental Protection Agency. If you are a distributor or customer, please click here for instructions.
