Claim Form Submission Update for Lawn Care Professionals

We recently contacted Option 1 Lawn Care Professionals to request that they submit all remaining claim forms to the Claims Resolution Center no later than April 6th, 2012.

If you are a Lawn Care Professional with customer properties that may have Imprelis®-related damage and you have not submitted claim forms, please note that DuPont will now manage the claim forms on behalf of those property owners. Please ask your property owners to call us directly at 1-866-796-4783 to provide us with their claim information. DuPont will work directly with your customers to collect the information and evaluate and process their claims as appropriate.

You may still send us any completed claim forms on behalf of your property owners, however administrative payments will not be made for any claim forms received after April 23rd 2012.

DuPont Begins Return and Refund Program for DuPont™ Imprelis®

DuPont has started a return and refund program for Imprelis® herbicide, having already voluntarily suspended sale of the product.

This action is consistent with our ongoing discussions with, and response to, the Environmental Protection Agency. If you are a distributor or customer, please click here for instructions.
