While you may choose to work with a different tree replacement company, these tree companies, listed state by state, have agreed to the pricing and terms for tree replacement included in the Claims Resolution Agreement, including agreeing to provide a limited warranty for the trees that they plant.

Important: Property owners who have signed Claims Resolution Agreements with DuPont are responsible for choosing a company to replace any trees and working with that company.

We at DuPont want you to know how claims for tree injury that may have been related to the use of Imprelis® herbicide will be handled.

These are the steps to the process:

1. Your lawn care professional, or a DuPont team, will visit your property to complete the claims form and submit it to the DuPont™ Imprelis® Claims Resolution Center. Your lawn care professional, or a DuPont representative, will contact you to arrange this visit.
2. You will then receive a letter acknowledging that we received your claims form.
3. We will review each claim to make sure it’s complete, and will contact you or your Lawn Care Professional if we need more information or need to schedule a follow-up visit to your property.
4. Once we have your completed form, our DuPont review team will carefully review it.
5. Once we have finished the review, we will send you a “Claims Resolution Agreement,” which will describe in detail the compensation and services available to you and your property.
6. We ask that you review the agreement, which includes a release of all claims. If you choose to participate, you must then sign the Agreement and return it to us. The Agreement will outline what steps you can take if you disagree with our evaluation of your claim.
7. Once we receive your signed Agreement, we will send you the agreed upon compensation, and information about other services that will be provided.
